  3. Communicate - We develop an IT Roadmap containing recommended improvements, including difficulty of implementation, operational impact, timeframe, risk and costs.
  4. Refine - Working with your company we finalize the items your company wishes to implement based on the Roadmap.  These final items will be the basis for the final IT plan.
